01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pke888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to, registration on, and use of the pke888 online gaming platform accessible at pke888.cam.

03 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and participation in Real Money Play is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, at the time of registration. pke888 operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended, all deposits refunded where legally required, and any associated winnings voided.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You must not register or use the Platform if doing so would violate the laws of your country, state or territory of residence. It is your personal responsibility to verify your legal status before registering. pke888 does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, secondary or multiple Accounts — whether in the same name or under different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information at the point of registration. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

04 Registration & Account Management

4.1 Account Creation

To participate in Real Money Play, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal information and accepting these Terms. pke888 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility until you notify pke888 of a security breach.

4.3 Account Verification

pke888 may require verification of your identity, age, residential address and payment methods at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. pke888 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the operator's published dormant account policy at the time. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Methods

pke888 accepts deposits via payment methods listed in your Account cashier at the time of deposit. These may include bank transfers via providers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, mobile wallet options including Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. Payment method availability is account-specific and subject to change.

5.2 Deposit Currency

Deposits may be processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other denominations where supported. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the operator at the time of processing.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Example illustrative minimums may range from PKR 500 to PKR 2,000 depending on the method. Actual minimums are confirmed in your Account cashier.

5.4 Deposit Ownership

All funds deposited must be your own money, obtained from a lawful source. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal or unlawful means, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

06 Withdrawals & KYC Requirements

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available only to Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. The name on the withdrawal payment account must exactly match the name on the registered pke888 Account. Mismatches will result in rejection of the withdrawal request.

6.2 KYC Documentation

Accepted identity documents typically include:

• Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Passport (valid, unexpired)
• Other government-issued photo identification as accepted by the operator

Proof of address and payment method verification may also be required depending on the withdrawal amount and method.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

6.4 Bonus Conditions

If an active bonus is attached to your Account, the applicable wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings can be processed. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus rollover is outstanding may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds.

6.5 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per method and per period. Limits are displayed in your Account cashier. For high-value withdrawals, additional verification may be required at the operator's discretion.

07 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by pke888 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps. These terms are published in full at the point of the promotional offer and must be read before accepting any bonus.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements represent the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a ×10 wagering requirement requires PKR 50,000 in qualifying wagers. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages per game category are displayed in the applicable bonus terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

pke888 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear rollover with minimal exposure. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided, winnings from such activity forfeited, and Accounts suspended. pke888 makes determinations of bonus abuse at its sole reasonable discretion.

7.4 Promotional Accuracy

All promotional descriptions on the pke888 platform are illustrative unless expressly confirmed as live active offers. Illustrative figures such as "100% up to PKR 25,000" are examples of the type of offer that may be available. Actual live offers are confirmed within your Account at the time of eligibility.

7.5 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per household, IP address and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotional offer multiple times will result in the duplicate claim being voided.

08 Gameplay & Betting Rules

8.1 Game Rules

Individual games — including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets and instant games — are governed by their respective game rules as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules will prevail for that game.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on pke888 cover events including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 tournaments, ICC international fixtures, domestic and international football, UFC and other combat sports, esports and other events. Markets, odds and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Settled results are final subject to the provisions of clause 8.3.

8.3 Disputed Results & Errors

In the event of an obvious technical error resulting in incorrect odds or settlement, pke888 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings derived from manifest errors in odds presentation will be voided. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors are in breach of these Terms.

8.4 Interruptions

In cases of disconnection or platform interruption during a game or bet, the outcome will be determined based on the server-side recorded state at the point of interruption. pke888 is not responsible for losses arising from connection issues attributable to the Player's device or internet service provider.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pke888 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any form of coordinated market manipulation.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions or pricing errors.
• Attempting to launder money or deposit funds obtained through criminal activity.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals without prior engagement with pke888 support.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour toward support staff or other users.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Platform-Initiated Suspension

pke888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a Player has breached these Terms, where fraud or AML concerns arise, or where continued operation of the Account would expose the Platform to regulatory or legal risk. Where possible, the Player will be notified.

10.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Pending withdrawals and outstanding bonus conditions will be handled in accordance with these Terms at the point of closure. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players may voluntarily self-exclude from the Platform for a specified period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within a reasonable processing time after submission. During a self-exclusion period, pke888 will not send marketing communications to the excluded Account.

11 Responsible Gambling Obligations

pke888 is committed to responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Players and are activated via the Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.

12 Limitation of Liability

pke888 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond the Platform's control may result in temporary downtime. pke888 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

12.2 Gambling Losses

pke888 accepts no liability for losses incurred through Real Money Play. All gaming outcomes are subject to chance and the rules of the respective game. pke888 does not guarantee any particular return, outcome or win probability unless expressly stated through published RTP figures.

12.3 Third-Party Services

pke888 is not responsible for the actions, availability or accuracy of third-party payment providers, game studios or data feed suppliers integrated into the Platform.

12.4 Maximum Liability Cap

To the extent permitted by applicable law, pke888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the pke888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game assets and promotional materials — is the property of pke888 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.

14 Privacy & Data Processing

pke888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, registration details, financial transaction records, device and session data, and KYC documentation. This data is used for account management, AML compliance, fraud prevention and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

15 Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pke888 is licensed and registered as an operator. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing territory.

pke888 does not accept jurisdiction of Pakistani courts or any Pakistani regulatory authority over platform operations. Players who access the Platform from Pakistan do so entirely at their own legal risk and responsibility.

16 Changes to These Terms

pke888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
